This Machine can take ECC or non-ECC memory. When you mix ECC with non-ECC, the ECC function will be disabled. For the non-ECC memory see "Dell Precision WorkStation 350 (400MHz Front Side Bus) (non-ECC) Memory"
The Precision WorkStation 350 has two different bus speeds each of which takes different memory.
You cannot mix the speeds. Please check the speed on the memory modules currently installed, or use our "Check Your Computer" to find the correct module.
This Machine may require a BIOS upgrade to use 8 device 256MB, 4 device 128MB, or 2 device 64MB Rambus modules.
