Unbuffered memory
This is where the chip set controller deals directly with the memory. There is nothing between the chip set and the memory chips on the module as they communicate.

USB 1.1
Universal Serial Bus (USB) is a serial bus standard to interface devices. USB was designed to allow peripherals to be connected using a single standardized interface socket and to improve plug-and-play capabilities by allowing devices to be connected and disconnected without rebooting the computer (hot swapping).

USB 1.1 came out in September 1998 to help rectify the adoption problems that occurred with earlier iterations of USB, fixed problems identified in 1.0, mostly relating to hubs.

USB 2.0
Universal Serial Bus (USB) 2.0 is a complete overhaul of the Universal Serial Bus input/output bus protocol which allows much higher speeds than the older USB 1.1 standard did. The goal of the new serial bus is to broaden the range of external peripherals that can be used on a computer.

Also referred to as "Hi-Speed USB", USB 2.0 is an external bus that supports data rates up to 480Mbps. It is rated 40 times faster than its predecessor interface, USB 1.1, which tops at 12Mbps.

USB Flash Drive: (USB 2.0 drive)
USB flash drives are NAND-type flash memory data storage devices integrated with a USB (universal serial bus) connector. They are typically small, lightweight, removable and rewritable. A flash drive consists of a small printed circuit board typically in a plastic or metal casing and more recently in rubber casings to increase their robustness.

To access the data stored in a flash drive, the drive must be connected to a computer, either by plugging it into a USB host controller built into the computer, or into a USB hub.

uTT
uTT stands for UnTested DRAM chip. This term is used on chips which are packaged in the final backend assembly but not speed graded and sorted according to the frequency and latency categories.

There are much misconception that uTT memory modules are new and high frequency DRAM chips that just hit the market. uTT are essentially untested DRAM chip.
