Lost or Damaged Packages, Refund of Shipping Charges

Damaged packages or goods must be reported with 24 hours of receiving your shipment. Lost shipments must be reported within one week of expected arrival. Claims cannot be processed outside of these time periods. Use the form below to reship a lost shipment, claim the insurance for loss or damage of a shipment, and request refund for a delayed shipment. The courier (UPS, USPS, Airborne, Fedex or DHL) will make the final decision regarding your credit.
