- If your country does not appear in our order form, then we cannot accept online orders from that country. Please contact sales@memoryx.com or call us at 1-408-588-0077 to place the order.
- Fedex orders placed after 2:00PM PST will ship on the next business day (Mon-Fri). Fedex 2-4 day and Ground placed after 8:00AM PST (Mon-Fri) will ship on the next business day as long as inventory is available. USPS mail ships every Friday.
- We reserve the right to change the requested method of shipping if a more suitable method is available.
- Airmail is insured to $100. We can only reship lost or delayed mail. We do not recommend using airmail to Canada. All other shipping methods are fully insured. The post office does not provide a tracking number.
- We do not refund shipping charges for returned orders.
- UPS ground, Airmail, and international
shipments have no service guaranty and sometimes may take much longer to deliver than expected.
- UPS and fedex may charge you an extra fee if you provide the incorrect shipping address.
- You may be charged customs fees, handling fees or taxes in your country. We can not foresee such charges and are not responsilble for the fees. There are no additional fees, customs duties or taxes charged in the US.
