Feel free to play, pause or rewind them as many time as you need to. Click on the still pictures to enlarge them for detail. Step 1. Find a soft surface to gently turn your iMac over on a soft surface so as not to scratch it. Step 2. Using a Phillips head screwdriver remove the screw under the handle in the back of your iMac. Keep all screws and parts in a safe place so you don't loose them.
Step 3. Grab a hold of your iMac by the top of the carrying handle and the handle at the bottom. You will then hold still your iMac with the top handle while pulling suddenly on the bottom handle as shown in picture below.
Step 4. Remove the screws outlined in the picture below. Remove screws 1 and 2 with a standard Phillips head screwdriver. Screws 3 and 4 use a standard flat head screwdriver. After removing the screws, gently pull out all of the plugs. Next holding the clear handle just below the bar code, pull out the section of the iMac.
We strongly recommend you wear an anti static wrist band while handling any new or old memory. If you have one put it on at this time if not see above for ordering information. Step 5. Putting your video ram in. Use the picture below for your reference as to where the V-simm slot is located.
This is the slot for upgrading your video ram also known as a V-Simm. Put your video ram into the slot at a 45 degree angle as shown in the movie and picture.

After the Video Ram is in place push down on both ends of the memory until you hear it click into place. In the next section you will find 7 steps for refrence to help you finish, now let's put your iMac back together.
